🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – RADMARX FASHION

We offer a 7-day exchange-only policy from the date of delivery.

❗ No Refund Policy

RADMARX does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
All eligible returns are processed as a one-time product exchange only.


🕒 Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Not be damaged, altered, or tampered with


🧾 How to Request an Exchange
  1. Login to your RADMARX account on our website.

  2. Go to My Orders → Select Order → Request Return / Exchange

  3. Submit your exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made outside the 7-day window will be automatically rejected.


🔄 Exchange Terms

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Exchange will be processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Size / product exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • RADMARX reserves the right to deny exchanges if the product does not meet eligibility conditions.


🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products bought during clearance or special sale offers

  • Gift cards

  • Customized / personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling


📦 Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos.
