We offer a 7-day exchange-only policy from the date of delivery.

RADMARX does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
All eligible returns are processed as a one-time product exchange only.
🕒 Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

Be requested within 7 days of delivery

Be unused, unworn, unwashed

Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Not be damaged, altered, or tampered with
🧾 How to Request an Exchange

Login to your RADMARX account on our website.

Go to My Orders → Select Order → Request Return / Exchange

Submit your exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made outside the 7-day window will be automatically rejected.
🔄 Exchange Terms

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Exchange will be processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Size / product exchange is subject to stock availability.

RADMARX reserves the right to deny exchanges if the product does not meet eligibility conditions.
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products bought during clearance or special sale offers

Gift cards

Customized / personalized products

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
📦 Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos.
